Terms of Service
Last updated: September 10, 2026
1. Who this applies to
These terms cover two things: browsing kodawaph.com, and engaging Kodawa. ("we", "us", "our") to build a website, online store, or related service. By using this site or signing on for a project with us, you're agreeing to what's below.
2. Using this website
The content on this site, including copy, layout, and graphics, belongs to Kodawa. unless stated otherwise. You're welcome to browse and share it, but please don't copy it wholesale for your own commercial use without asking us first.
3. Project engagements
When you book a call or move forward with a project, the specifics, scope of work, timeline, pricing, and payment schedule, are set out separately for that project, usually in a quote or proposal we send you. That document takes precedence over this page for anything it covers. In general:
- Projects begin once a deposit or agreed-upon payment is received.
- Timelines depend on how quickly we receive content, feedback, and approvals from your side.
- Revisions are handled within the rounds agreed on for the project; extra rounds may carry an additional cost.
4. Payment
Rates and payment terms are confirmed before work starts. Deposits paid to reserve a project slot are generally non-refundable once work has begun, since that time is already blocked off for your project.
5. Ownership after delivery
Once a project is paid in full, the finished website or store is yours to use and update. We retain the right to showcase the work in our own portfolio unless you ask us not to.
6. Third-party tools and platforms
Projects often run on third-party platforms, hosting providers, payment gateways, form services, and similar, that have their own terms and fees. We'll point these out during the project, but we don't control how those providers operate.
7. No guarantees on results
We build sites and stores to a high standard, but we can't guarantee specific sales, traffic, or ranking outcomes, since those depend on many factors outside the website itself.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Kodawa. isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or a delivered project. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant project.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute will be handled by the appropriate courts in Metro Manila.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update this page as our services evolve. The version posted here, with its date above, is always the current one.
